Vice Chair Nina Hunt, presenting on her trip to Tallahassee to represent Space Coast chapter for Hill Day!

EC/Program/Campaign Reports

Chair Report: Kris
- New Volunteer Coordinator - Deb Richardson
- Grants - waiting on grant notifications (Kris/Bill/Brandon)
  - Ballard Park- no letter of support, waiting on City of Melbourne
- Verdi Eco School – help with water samples 4/23, Kris participated in sustainable summit
- Adopt a Hwy A1A relocation – sign has not been relocated yet
- Kris presenting to Aquarina condos for Earth Day
- Discussion about sponsoring beach wheel chair for communities
  - Satellite Beach?
- Long doggers international surfing day collab

Vice Chair Report: Nina
- Hill Day - Nina represented the Space Coast Chapter this year
  - Spoke to 7 different state reps & senators throughout the day
  - Protecting clean water/public health – Safe Waterway Act
  - Plastic pollution; progress on balloon releases
  - Aux containers/restaurants reducing plastic waste
  - Climate change/coastal resilience
